Free Delivery to Mainland UK

All standard items purchased through the Arthur Francis Online Store include FREE delivery to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Your order will be delivered either by our own team or via trusted couriers, depending on your location and the size of your item.

For bespoke items or deliveries outside mainland UK — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and international destinations — please get in touch for a personalised delivery quote.

 

Lead Times

Every Arthur Francis creation is handcrafted to order in our Leicestershire, UK workshop. Lead times will vary depending on the size of the product and the complexity of the design.

When you place your order — or when we discuss your bespoke project — we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe. If you have a particular date in mind, just let us know and we’ll do our very best to accommodate it.

 

How We Deliver

We take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition:

  • Smaller items are sent via trusted next‑day couriers such as DPD.

  • Larger items are delivered by our own team or shipped on a pallet via our specialist delivery partners.

  • Our team will call you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Once your order is completed in our workshop, we typically aim to deliver within 5 working days. Please note that some larger or bespoke orders may require additional time.

Product Description
The Arthingworth Arch is a striking garden statement piece designed to frame pathways, entrances and focal points with sculptural elegance and natural character.

Crafted from 2.5mm Corten steel, each arch is supplied in a semi weathered state, allowing the natural elements to complete the transformation. Over a period of 6 to 12 months, the surface develops a rich, stable patina, beginning with a vibrant orange rust and gradually deepening into a warm, earthy brown orange. This living finish not only protects the steel but gives every arch a unique, evolving appearance.

Standing 2 metres tall, 1.5 metres wide and 0.8 metres deep, the Arthingworth Arch creates an impressive sense of scale while remaining beautifully proportioned for both private gardens and larger landscapes.

An intricate leaf pattern flows up each side and sweeps across the curved top, allowing light to filter through and casting delicate organic shadows as the sun moves throughout the day. The result is a structure that feels both architectural and natural, equally at home in contemporary gardens and traditional English landscapes.

Built to last and designed to age gracefully, the Arthingworth Arch is more than a garden feature. It is a piece of living steel sculpture that grows more beautiful with time.
