All standard items purchased through the Arthur Francis Online Store include FREE delivery to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Your order will be delivered either by our own team or via trusted couriers, depending on your location and the size of your item.

For bespoke items or deliveries outside mainland UK — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and international destinations — please get in touch for a personalised delivery quote.

Lead Times

Every Arthur Francis creation is handcrafted to order in our Leicestershire, UK workshop. Lead times will vary depending on the size of the product and the complexity of the design.

When you place your order — or when we discuss your bespoke project — we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe. If you have a particular date in mind, just let us know and we’ll do our very best to accommodate it.

How We Deliver

We take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition:

• Smaller items are sent via trusted next‑day couriers such as DPD.

• Larger items are delivered by our own team or shipped on a pallet via our specialist delivery partners.

• Our team will call you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Once your order is completed in our workshop, we typically aim to deliver within 5 working days. Please note that some larger or bespoke orders may require additional time.

A simple circle of water, with a bubbling centre point. The Brampton Corten Water Feature will arrive with a base that is ready to be buried under paving slabs, or soil, and a top that is ready to be filled with water.

Specifcations:

A 75cm diameter tube that stands 40cm above ground, sitting in a 1m x 1m sump with removal stone grid for pump access. 1 Blagdon 2000 auto shut off pump with non return valve. All made from 2.5mm Corten steel and available in either an unweathered or semi-weathered finish. Corten steel naturally weathers over time creating a protective layer of rust, that protects the steel underneath, preventing it from corroding further.

This makes the steel incredibly durable, and perfect for use with water. Once placed outside the weathering process will begin for the unweathered pieces or continue to develop for the partly weathered pieces. Developing the final weathered state takes time, you will notice changes on your piece as it endures differing weather conditions, particularly after a period of rain.

The even orange patina created by the weather then forms a protective barrier over the steel, the rust ensures that the steel will not continue to deteriorate. The colour of each item will vary as the weathering process takes place, depending on climate and location, it is a beautiful process, so enjoy watching it unfold, eventually your piece will have a rusty brown patina.
